Our Daily Bread

Updated: Jul 28, 2020

The Daily Bread is a daily devotion app and book that contains scriptures and a story that always relates to the scripture you read. The"Our Daily Bread"is such an inspiration to want to learn God's word and to have a connection with God. Ever since I was born, I always wanted to participate in reading the daily bread with my grandmother (and other family members). God, grandmother, me, and the daily bread helped encourage my grandfather to want to get saved. In 2017 my grandmother changed his life, and ever since then. My grandfather has always participated in the daily bread with me, my grandmother, and my older cousin. Since this pandemic started, i really been reading the daily bread more than how i usually used to read it. Reading the daily bread now is a habit now, and I am so grateful for it.

4 Months ago when the pandemic was at a start, my grandmother told me that someone on tv explained that the world should start doing 12:00 noon prayer. Which would be a good time to express your feelings and explain all of your requests to God as groups, trios, duos, or even by your self (solo style). As the months went by, and now it's July almost heading into august. My grandmother and me thought of doing the 12:00 prayer while doing the daily bread, some days I start the prayer and my grandmother close out with prayer. And sometimes my grandmother starts with prayer and I end with prayer. Since the end of June, I've been using the "Our Daily Bread app, and i notice something I never noticed on the app before. It's that at the bottom of the digital devotion, there's always a nice quote with a excellent background picture that goes with the lesson you read. Readers can easily share the post on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. It's amazing and I make always sure that I post those quotes every day. In my conclusion, the"Our Daily Bread"is a jaw-dropping daily devotion for beginners (who are saved) and non-beginners (who are not saved) who is willing to know Jesus Christ threw God.
